Convert MQC allocation data into the upload-ready format.

📘 How to use this converter

  1. 1Prepare your data. Your file must contain these columns (matched by header name, so order does not matter): Week, POL, POD, Product, Carrier, total_allocation, validity_start, validity_end.
  2. 2Rules. Product must be PAPER, PULP or TISSUE; Carrier must be a valid SCAC code; POL and POD must be 5 characters; and validity_from must be before validity_to.
  3. 3Upload. Drag in your .xlsx or .csv file below.
  4. 4Fix or remove flagged rows. Any row that breaks a rule is flagged. Correct the values and click Confirm changes, or delete the row. Changes are highlighted in the output. Download unlocks once every row is valid.
  5. 5Upload to the platform. Download the CSV, then go to app.trames.io/utilization-cards and batch upload.
